  • very good radio, handsfree set, easy access music controls, cheap for uses, brilliant concept and look
  • but only 2megapixels, rebates is so confusing, that takes forever, needs to unloading, drops calls like mad

Nokia 5310 is a mobile phone in the XpressMusic series that focuses on providing high music experience to its user. Among its main features include crystal clear sound which enabled by the dedicated audio chip with up to 20 hours of playback, 2 MP camera with 4x digital zoom and 2” screen with 16 millions colour display.

The 5310 is built with a 240 x 320 pixels, 2.1 inches, 31.5 x 41.5 mm TFT with 16 million colours display. It features dedicated music keys on the side of its display for music navigation. It enables 64 channels polyphonic, MP3, MP4, WMA, AAC and video tones as its ringtone. There is a built-in 30 MB internal memory and user is also able to add the storage capacity by slotting a microSD card into its card slot. In terms of connectivity, this camera is able to connect via its Class 32 GPRS; HSCSD; Class 32, up to 177 kbits EDGE; Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP and USB. The user is allowed to browse through the internet via WAP 2.0 / xHTML and HTML (Opera mini). There is also a 2 MP, 1600x1200 pixels, video (QCIF) camera at the back of the phone. Besides that, the 5310 plays MP3, MP4, AAC, eAAc and WMA media formats. Besides that, user is also able to listen to the radio via its stereo FM radio with RDS. Other features include Java MIDP 2.1, 3.5 mm AV jack, Nokia sensor, Nokia mobile search, World Clock II, Converter II, T9, stopwatch, built-in hands-free and voice memo/commands. The Li-Ion 860 mAh (BL-4CT) is able to hold up to 300 hours in stand-by and up to 5 hours and 20 minutes of talk time. Colours available include red, pink, blue and black.
