  • cuts quite a dash, easy connectivity with computer, nippy hsdpa download speeds, handy camera keypad shortcuts, semi rugged build

Features

The C702i is built with a 240 x 320 pixels, 2.2 inches TFT screen that provides 256K colours. It is also built with 160 MB internal memory and allows user to slot in Memory Stick Micro (M2) into the card slot for additional storage capacity. In terms of connectivity, this phone connects via Class 10 (4+1/3+2 slots), 32 - 48 kbps GPRS; Class 10, 236.8 kbps EDGE; 3G HSDPA 3.6 Mbps; Bluetooth 2.0; and USB 2.0. Besides voice call, user is able text messaging to communicate via SMS, MMS, e-mail and Instant Messaging. It enables internet browsing through WAP 2.0/HTML (NetFront) and RSS reader. Furthermore, there is a built-in 3.15 MP, 2048x1536 pixels, autofocus, video (QVGA@30fps), flash camera and also a secondary QCIF video call camera at the front. The main camera features Cyber-shot™ tehnology and photo light to provide better quality picture. Moreover, the C702 complies with the IP54 (Ingress Protection) standard - it is dust- and splash-resistant. Walk Mate application together with built-in GPS and A-GPS provides step counter and stays activated throughout the day. Plus, its is also pre-loaded with a trial version of Wayfinder Navigator™ that provides turn-by-turn navigation instructions, unlimited access to an online travel planning tool and downloadable maps. Other features include Java MIDP 2.0, FM radio with RDS, MP3/AAC/MPEG4 player, TrackID music recognition, picture editor/blogging, organiser, built-in hands-free and voice memo/dial. The Li-Ion 950 mAh (BST-33) battery holds up to 300 hours of stand-by time and up to 7 hours of talk time.
