The Canon EOS 450D is a 12.2-megapixel digital SLR camera. Some of the features of Canon EOS 450D are Canon’s EOS Integrated Cleaning System, 3.0 inch LCD screen and 9-point wide-area AF system.

Features

The EOS 450D consists of a 22.2 x 14.8 mm CMOS sensor which can provide a resolution of 12.2-megapixel. It employs Canon’s EOS Integrated Cleaning System to reduce, repel and remove dust that reaches the sensor. It is equipped with Digic III processor. By having this processor, it can handle up to 53 JPEG images without interruption. It has a 3.0 inch LCD screen with Live View shooting. It provides continuous shooting of 3.5 fps and can be powered up in 0.1 second. There are 4 metering modes available in this camera: spot, partial, center-weighted average and evaluative metering. Besides, it offers sensitivity range of ISO 100 to ISO 1600. Its image data is processed at 14 bit and stored in SD or SDHC memory card. The EOS 450D is compatible with Canon EF/ EF-S lenses. Its body measures 128.8 x 97.5 x 61.9 mm (5.1 x 3.8 x 2.4 in) and weighs 475 g (without battery). Software suite such as Digital Photo Professional (DPP) is supplied so that user can manage and process images.
