The Lumix DMC-LX3 is designed for easy and creative shooting. It is equipped with Venus Engine IV, which makes it possible to capture natural-looking, true-to-life images. There is an Intelligent Exposure function to suppress blocked shadow and blown highlights as well. Furthermore, it integrates Mega O.I.S system to help in compensating camera shake, thus the quality of the images is assured. It can provide continuous shooting at 2.5fps. The sensitivity range provided by this camera is from ISO 80 to ISO 3200. The DMC-LX3 has a wide-angle Leica lens, with 2.5x zoom. This lens provides a focal length of 24-60 mm. It has a 3.0-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 460,000-dot resolution. Besides, it offers 3:2 and 4:3 ratio images via a switch on the lens barrel. It is equipped with video recording feature, which can record HD 720p (1280 x 720 pixels) videos at 30 fps with an aspect ratio of 16:9. The DMC-LX3 stores images on SD, SDHC or MMC memory card. The Lumix DMC-LX3 dimension is 108.7 x 59.5 x 27.1 mm. Its weight is 265 g.
