The Apple iPod Nano 4G is a portable media player with a 2 inch diagonal LCD color display with portrait orientation. Its features are Click Wheel, iTunes Stores and Nike+ support.

The Apple iPod Nano 4G is equipped with a 2 inch diagonal LCD color display with a blue-white LED backlight. It has a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels at 204 pixels per inch. It is offered in 8GB and 16GB flash memory capacities. For both capacities, it is available in several colors: blue, pink, purple, orange, yellow, red, black and silver. With the 16GB storage, the iPod Touch can store and play up to 14,000 photos or 4000 songs. It supports digital audio in AAC, MP3, Audible, WAV, AIFF and Apple Lossless format. In terms of video, it supports video playback in H.264 or MPEG-4 standard. It offers video resolutions up to 640 x 480 pixels at 30 fps. As for photos, it supports images in the format of JPEG, BMP, GIF, TIFF, PSD and PNG. Its battery life supports up to 24 hours continuous audio playback and up to 4 hours of continuous video playback. There are a variety of features integrated in this player, including Genius playlist tool, Nike+ and Cover Flow technology. The Apple’s Genius feature helps to create an instant 25-song playlists based on the musical characteristics of a single song. Meanwhile, Nike+ is a feature that supports for FM radio, audio cross fade and iQuiz music. The Apple iPod incorporates additional features, such as calendar, cover flow and motion sensor as well. It measures 1.5 x 3.6 x 0.2 inches in dimension and weighs approximately 1.3 ounces. The standard package comes with earphones, standard USB cable, polishing cloth and docking adapter.
